Booth Registration Form: Due April 15th

It is time again for the annual Front Porch Days celebration, located in Plum Creek. This year, we are

focusing having the majority of the event at Fergus Park. This event affords you the opportunity to

introduce your business or community group to our residents and visitors with about 1500 homes in

the neighborhood at present. This event is free to all attendees and runs rain or shine.

*All products and food must be approved in order for you to sell them at the event. We will limit the

number of vendors selling the same or similar items, especially food and drinks. You will receive an

email and/or phone call to notify you of item approval. Alcohol is not allowed at this event.

Businesses:

The space fee is $20.00 per 10'x10' location. If you need electricity, an additional $5 fee will be

charged. Set-up time begins at 9:00 am. You are responsible for bringing your own set-up and

supplies, including tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, etc. Tents are strongly encouraged due to

Community Groups and Non-Profit Organizations:

The completion of this form will reserve a booth space for your business or service group. Booth

space will not be held if payment is not received with this form.

Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis with receipt of completed form and payment.

These items must be received prior to event. Forms and payment are due by April 15th.
